2.1. Prices
All products and services available at Andreia-Costa.com are of our own authorship.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Andreia-Costa.com reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
The available payment methods include: bank transfer and others that may be provided in the future.
Payment is due at the time of order.
The shipment of goods and products has an associated cost, which will be informed to the client during the purchase process.
2.2. Returns
According to paragraph c) of article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, returns are not accepted, and the client cannot freely terminate the contract.
2.3. Printing and Shipping of Goods
The printing of images ordered in the online store is carried out after payment, and shipping depends on the printing time.
Deliveries are made within the national territory (Continental Portugal and Islands) and internationally.
The estimated delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process.
Delays caused by carriers, strikes, or force majeure are not the responsibility of Andreia-Costa.com.
