Upon arrival, we will begin a road trip of about 220 km (approximately 4 hours) through rural landscapes and typical villages to our hotel for a quick lunch.
In the late afternoon, we will go on our first safari, exploring the dense forests in search of our first sightings of tigers, deer, monkeys, and exotic birds.
Nature begins to reveal its secrets right from the very first encounter.
DAY 3 & 4 | KANHA
The day starts early, with departure at 5:30 a.m. for the first safari in Kanha National Park—one of India's most iconic reserves and the original inspiration for Rudyard Kipling's “The Jungle Book.”
During the morning, we will explore different areas of the park, guided by experienced naturalists, in search of Bengal tigers, chitals, swamp deer, jackals, rare birds, and much more.
At the end of the morning, we return to the lodge for a hearty lunch and free time to rest.
In the afternoon, we return to the jungle for a second safari, when the animals are more active again and the soft light of dusk transforms the landscape.
In the evening, dinner and rest at the lodge, surrounded by the sounds of the forest.
DAY 5 | KANHA
The day begins with the last morning safari in Kanha, a final opportunity to observe the megafauna and say goodbye to this incredible natural sanctuary.
After the safari, we return to the lodge for lunch and checkout.
We then begin the land transfer to the next national park, a journey of approximately 280 km (about 6 hours), crossing rural landscapes and forests that reveal the diversity of India's interior.
Arrival at the end of the day, check-in at the new accommodation, and rest.
DAY 6, 7 & 8 | BANDHAVGARH
Bandhavgarh National Park is known for its high density of tigers and landscapes marked by hills, salt forests, and open meadows.
We leave early, at 5:30 a.m., for the morning safari, accompanied by expert local guides who lead us through the most promising areas of the park.
With a little luck, we will be able to observe tigers in full morning activity, as well as leopards, gaurs (the largest wild bovine in the world), langur monkeys, and many species of birds.
After returning to the lodge, there will be time for lunch and relaxation.
In the middle of the afternoon, we will return to nature for another exciting safari, exploring new areas and landscapes.
In the evening, dinner at the lodge and sharing of the day's experiences.
